  • Our strong integration experience and expertise combined with a thorough understanding of customer requirements, some only shaped as we enter our conversations, makes us the ideal partner to design, build, and deliver entire solutions.
  • Value-Added Reselling
  • Some market-leading products we resell together with consulting services or integration components. As an agile company, we can keep our overheads low to offer attractive pricing models for our customers.
  • Solution Support
  • Any solution needs support once set productive. We provide support through partners who are close to our customers, also integrating vendor support for products affected. Our holistic understanding of customer solutions, not just of singular products, provides an added value to customers. Pricing for support usually is a fixed annual price, sometimes with a time & material component for hotlines and on-site services.
  • Courses and Workshops
  • Cyber Vision is strongly focussed on knowledge transfer to customers and partners. Our courses have evolved from long-standing experience in the respective fields of work and cover introductory materials, advanced expertise, and product-specific skills. We see courses as interactive workshops to closely take into account how you translate solutions to your own IT environment.
  • Operations and Managed Services
  • Key sizing and operating parameters will be agreed upon before operations start. Using these parameters, a contractually-fixed pricing model is used to bill usage-based charges per month, quarter or year. There may be an annual time & material contingent to quickly adapt the respective service to changing customer requirements as necessary.
